How returns work.

Our Policy

Aurevia is committed to your satisfaction.

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.

To expedite review, please include:

  • Your order number and full name
  • Clear photos of the affected item(s) and packaging
  • A brief summary of what occurred

After verification, a replacement or refund will be issued for any affected product, subject to inventory availability and validation of the claim.

  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once shipped.
  • Replacements are not guaranteed if sufficient documentation or evidence is not provided.
